Features

The resistance band, unlike the conventional bench press equipment, it’s light, small, adjustable, safe, and easy to pack away for travel. You can select how much resistance by selecting one to three tubes.

Protection sleeves that wrap around the resistance bands are included. These sleeves have the effect of reducing the oxidation of the latex tube.
A resistance band has a total of 3 resistance bands and they are all removable. This allows you to select use 1, 2, or 3 bands based on your strength and progression.

Suitable for press-ups, push-ups, chest exercises, and arm workouts. Use it at home, at school, in the gym, or in the office.

I definitely like this set of resistance bands. It's useful and helpful for my daily workout. The resistance bands range from 20 to 40lbs and it works very well for me. Unlike some of the other bands I bought before, these bands don't smell bad. The anti-snap double protection benefits during my work out as well.

First of all, I like the easy use of the item and the safety aspect of its construction. The bands appear to made of strong and reliable rubber which should provide for long use. Second the retention and removable restraint is easy to remove, replace, and ensure safety while in use. Lastly, I like that the item was immediately shipped.

I just ordered these and I’m very pleased with what comes with the set. I immediately used it with two of my personal training clients and thought they were very useful and gave new variations to exercises that I already like. I took a picture working my triceps with a band. I do not know how they will hold up over time but they look to be well constructed and the handles are good as well. I’m pleased with this purchase

I have used two other resistance band sets before this. They were the standard fat ended bands with single band capable handles. They worked pretty well and mostly did their job. I can say at this point I like this set much better. The ability to just "clip" on whatever weight combinations has been a great addition to my workout capabilities. I know there were handles you could buy to let you connect like three of the fat ended bands but they cost about half of what this whole set cost me. Other things I like about this set over some similar I considered are the wrapped bands (so snapped bands don't poke yer eye out) and the ankle straps which looked (and are) a little more padded and more comfortable than others.

I’ve been using resistance bands for tens years. With the “rubber” bands, I didn’t like that it snagged my clothes or my skin. With these resistance bands, they do not snag my clothes or skin. They are really well built and feel really sturdy. I also like that the hook and loops do not feel cheap and they are very sturdy. I didn’t realize that it comes with 2 sets of handles. That was a pleasant surprise. The “weight” label on each band is clear and legible and it is easy to differentiate between each band. Excellent packaging.

This has been a game changer for me. I can use them any where I can find a moment to work out. Easy to use how much resistance I need to use. The bands are so well made that I have not concern about then breaking in the middle of my workout and if they do they have that awesome sleeves that will protect me from any danger. I am totally happy to use this product that I will buy another for My dad so he can also use it. I cannot recommend it enough. if you need something portable to work out this is the kind of resistance band that you will need. Now you don't have an excuse to not work out. Keep on moving!
