   I love this product for standing rows and seated rows. These two exercises alone pump up my shoulders like no other bodyweight or resistance band movement has thus far (not saying you can’t get a good pump from bodyweight and resistance bands but I definitely noticed a more rock-hard feel when using this product for these two specific exercises) As for the bench press, I feel more fatigue in my front delts and biceps than I do tension in my chest. That being said, even though you can’t necessarily feel the muscle group working that doesn’t mean it isn’t (I just wish I could feel more tension). I have tried shifting around the position of the bands both on my back and on the bar itself and the angle at which my arms move up but that hasn’t helped too much (although there is a substantial difference when positioning the belt from your lower back to your upper back as well as narrowing your grip to push-up up like level).

   I've paid full price for this product and this is my honest review. It is a whole little gym in a bag. Delivered on time in a very nice package with accessories and instructions. Quality of materials seems to be very high. Had a couple of workouts and if you know what you are doing you can perform most of the gym exercises at home with decent load. In my opinion based on the amount of reps and load, you can build muscles, do cardio, lean out etc.

   Got this delivered a few days ago. Very high quality, love the resistance. I have a bar from another company that i use with these bands to complete my set. FYI never use the eyelids that come with the bar. Just use the leg straps or hand grips, attach to bands and slide them onto the bar.

   Although I started lifting weights in high school, I never used a chest expander, primarily because the springs were a real hazard with pinching. Now, decades later, these rubber tube expanders are on the market and remove the problem of pinching. This unit is pretty solid and the price was good. You can remove the bands to change the tension. The thing to remember is to balance the location, e.g. two tubes would be the top and bottom slots, for 3 tubes add one in the middle. I got this primarily as a light exercise for rotator cuffs and it is working fine. When I started, I had to drop it to two tubes. Over time, I have moved it up to 4 tubes. As I say, I got it because the spring ones were always a problem for me.The rubber tubes work for me.

   This chest expander has 5 super tough black 30lb bands! I could only handle 3 bands to full y pull across my chest and I use this apparatus to do back rows, bicep curls, triceps extensions and kickbacks, leg presses and more! This little apparatus can kick your butt if you do one exercise after the next! Don't be deceived! You will be challenged in ways you've never felt!👍👍

   Perfect for working out at home. Incredibly well made. Easy to put on and remove bands. Comes in different weight with corresponding computer codes on the bands . I have traveled with it long distance to other countries; easy to travel with. . I bought a few of them for my work out buddies. They love them.
