We have a small waterfall from the hot tub to the pool, and the birds love to sit there to get water and leave their waste. This whirligig has done a fabulous job of keeping them away the whole day, and in AZ it gets enough sun to last well into the night. I've replaced the shiny Mylar bits at the end with Mylar ribbon and it continues to do a great job. Every pool person who comes to the yard has asked about where to get one. Highly recommended for at least this kind of specific application.

This has been so wonderful and DEFINITELY worth the money. We have a table in our pool and we were having problems with birds perching on the table and would have poop on the table on the deck surrounding the table and in the table. There would be so much cleaning if we wanted to get in the pool and now it's very minimal. I never leave reviews but wanted to make sure to reccomend this product to anyone!

I use it to keep birds off of my hot tub and pooping on the hotub/pool tile. I am impressed with the solar charge keeps the rods spinning well into the night. I havent had a single bird land to drink pool water since Ive put this out. Considering buying a few more. Solved my bird problem for the hot tub, now i need atleast 3 or 4 more for around the pool.

I bought two and these have been great. I have had them for about a month and the birds are gone. I put one next to waterfall into the pool (birds would come to drink or soften there scraps) and one on the patio table. No more birds drinking from the waterfall and no more white spots on the patio cushions.
