I will say though if you don’t know what you’re doing you could very easily hurt yourself so please be careful or leave it to a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist!!!

I used it for The first time last night. Very simple and easy to use. I would have appreciated a little more directions on techniques but other than that I am thrilled. It gave a prickly sensation, more so when the serum wasn’t heavy enough. I woke up this morning noticing brighter, smoother skin. I had a bit of cystic acne on my chin that appears to have disappeared. I also notice that my skin was firmer and my jawline a tiny bit more lifted and contoured.

I accidentally broke one of the glass pieces. It was totally my fault. I knew the equipment was fragile and pulled the glass piece out of the wand base too quickly in a way that it flung out of my hand. I emailed them asking how I could pay for another one and they just sent it to me for free. Great customer service and it works very well.
