Features

The resistance band, unlike the conventional bench press equipment, it’s light, small, adjustable, safe, and easy to pack away for travel. You can select how much resistance by selecting one to three tubes.

Protection sleeves that wrap around the resistance bands are included. These sleeves have the effect of reducing the oxidation of the latex tube.
A resistance band has a total of 3 resistance bands and they are all removable. This allows you to select use 1, 2, or 3 bands based on your strength and progression.

Suitable for press-ups, push-ups, chest exercises, and arm workouts. Use it at home, at school, in the gym, or in the office.

This is the best set of resistance bands I have bought on here so far. They are very good quality as well as easy to use. I have bought other brands in the past and the bands weren't as strong or made of the quality of these. I recommend this instead of others because I have ordered 3different sets at a higher price and they didn't last as long and we're not as effective.

I purchased this set and they are great. High quality resistance bands and I really like the outer sheath just in case. I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks now and very happy with how they feel. Having the straps and the handles really makes them useful and versatile. I would definitely recommend them. I had some questions for customer service and they were great; helpful and accommodating. Great company.

My PT uses these and there is no discernible difference between his and these. They’re color coded for resistance and have plenty of accessories. We use them for basketball training, pulling a player in different directions as they attempt to step up, keep a basketball secure opposite of the pull and stay balanced. Excellent set. Has no “smell.”
