I was watching a YouTube video where a young lady pulverized some Werther's toffee candies and put them into a cotton candy maker to make Werther's flavored cotton candy. It intrigued me enough to purchase a cotton candy machine. This one I purchased here worked very well. And yes the Werther's toffee does make excellent cotton candy.
