We've only use this once but we used it with our 34 lb almost 4 year old. It worked really well! We used it in a cave tour as well as the theme park. Obviously with our son's size it's a bit uncomfortable all day but much better than carrying him around or pushing a stroller around.

We love this product. We went to Aruba with our two year old, and she rode around everywhere on the piggy back rider. My husband VASTLY prefers it to a traditional carrier (we have a lillebaby, which I love, but he finds confining). And I vastly prefer not being the one to carry 26 more pounds around! She was nervous at first, but we introduced it slowly, and she took to it on about the third try. She felt secure with the hand holds, and loved the view. I highly recommend!

Bought this for my son in law to use for my grandson who is 5 and because of physical limitations can't go hiking with them. After getting this he gets to go everywhere with them. Even went to Mesa Verde National park. They have both enjoyed the comfort and mobility it has given them.

AWESOME! My son has never enjoyed piggy back rides or sitting on my shoulders. It was awkward and he would cling to my head because he didn't feel secure. The Piggyback Rider solved all of that. It's comfortable for him and me. And he feels secure enough that he isn't clinging on for his life. The bar does not dig into my back which I was originally worried about. One of the best parts is how compact the whole design is- when we go for family walks I put the Piggyback Rider in the bottom of my daughter's stroller and then only bring it out when needed. I only wish I bought one sooner!
