   Ok, I kinda got this as a joke because I HATE cooking chopping veggies. Well, the joke was on me. It took me longer to take carrots, celery heart and lettuce out of the bags then out did chop a salad. Love it, will continue to use it and i will buy another if it breaks. Well worth the price.

   It somewhat does what it says it should. After 3 turns, tomatoes were not cut up in bite size pieces. Good for lettuce but not great for other veggies. If you look at the pictures, the dark green base was very scarred up and the knife actually cut into the plastic leaving some shreds. I would not give this item as a gift because the base shredding after one use is not a good sign at all.

   I have wanted to purchase one of these for a while. We are trying to eat healthier but making salads are time consuming so we usually dont. I have a large salad spinner that takes up a lot of room and the lid flies off so I was glad to find something else thats smaller and easier to store while also staying intact when using, I like how I can slice up veggies easily and neatly with this instead of making a mess all over the kitchen sink. Product is easy to wash and sturdy.

   This completely rocks! I'm using every morning to chop veggies for omelets, as well as the intended purpose. When we have people over for dinner, we chop the "hard vegetables" first, then a second or third round for lettuce, spinach, etc. What a fabulous way to do quick veggie prep! Has changed my day completely! Note: There are several versions of this item. Pay attention to this website ratings. I see the one being advertised a lot on Facebook does not have ratings as good as this one.

   Easy to create a salad by putting all ingredients in and slice. In the past I would avoid salads because of prep This has eliminated all veggies out...instead I grab only what I need for the amount of salad desired. This bowl simplifies the process.

   This seller was wonderful. BUT as most of the product reviews have said, it basically chops everything too fine. HOWEVER, I gave it to my 8 year old granddaughter who is just so happy to be able to help make salads! It gives her power in the kitchen!
