   Replaced my Abu Garcia Black Max which I love, but fighting salmon I needed a faster ratio on reeling. So I purchased the Kastking Crixus. This reel does all as advertised. Smooth, casts far with little weight and love the 7.2 gear ratio. Good product Kastking, I'll be back to take a look at what else is in your tackle box.

   Absolutely incredible. Out performs reels 3x it’s cost and the star click spool tension and drag make it super slick and easy to switch divergent wt baits. It cast much farther than my shimano reels that are twice the price with the same line and looks 10 times better. I’ve only played with it in small ponds but am really interested to see how it handles the whole summer season. At the price, I could buy 2 a year and still have a better quality reel than name brands

   Quality bait caster for the price. I took it to my local tackle shop and they were impressed how smooth the action felt on the gearing. A good quality reel with similar features would run double to triple the price. I had them put 50lb braid on it, I haven’t got a chance to fish with it yet. Overall I’m happy with the product it feels sturdy, it was built well and the gearing is super smooth.

   I haven't even taken this reel out fishing yet, but everything about it says quality. In fact, by the time I had it spooled up, I went ahead and ordered another KastKing reel for my arsenal. I've been almost a year shopping, researching, and comparing baitcast reels before ordering the Crixus. I'm glad to have taken a chance and ordered, because it is definitely feels as good or better than some reels I've checked out at twice the price or more.

   Same with this reel as all other KK products. You get way more than you paid for. This is my sixth KK reel and they are as good or better than many of my reels that cost 4 times as much. If you’re not buying these you’re missing out.
