I love this. I have lower back pain from sitting so much lately with working from home (I'm a teacher and I'm used to moving around much more). I alternate which leg I wear it on s every now and then and it really helps both sides of my back. And the price is great too. Definitely recommend.

NO PAIN for the duration of the driving or after. Now, I put it on if I feel symptoms coming on.....totally would recommend trying this- I am glad I did!

I bought two as a last resort where I found them and didnt think it would work but they worked like a miracle.for this product if I had too.
