   Great product to use when you can't get to the gym on those busy days with time I think it will build your chest and arms I've been using mine for a few days now and I can already start to see a difference in my chest which seems to be getting flatter and my biceps seem to be getting bigger which to a guy who has been overweight all his life is awesome my only advice for other guys who don't exercise often is if you don't have great upper body strength and you buy this product keep your hands on the outside for a while and squeeze the bar slowly as for me i'm hoping with time this bar along with exercise and eating right will get me into shape and help me get stronger and look more handsome for all those beautiful sexy ladies out there.

   The product is sturdy, well built, and cost effective. It provides high tension and a good contraction for multiple muscle groups - mainly the forearms and chest. Used it for a couple minutes and was surprised at how much of a pump I got. Unless you're an experienced intermediate/advanced weightlifter/powerlifter. I've been lifting for 5+ years and the 80lbs is perfect and 160lbs is challenging but doable.

   This was an awesome find. I've been doing the fitness things basically all my life of 38 years and I don't really do reviews like that but I had to share. This is official, simple but challenging and not costly but the quality is definitely their. Big believer in being able to command the body to move as I see fit instead of it telling me on how it wants to move which means it needs to be trained and this lovely piece of equipment will definitely help with that. You can also use it for you legs, their is a sweet older women who shows you what you can do with it.

   This was an impulse buy for something that I could do while at my desk listening in on meetings and things like that. I kinda figured it was going to be like another 90's 'as seen on TV' thing with not a whole lot of resistance. I was dead wrong. This thing actually has considerable resistance for what it is and can provide a pretty decent impromptu volume based exercise for the chest or biceps.

   Just got the Premium Adjustable Chest Exerciser Resistance Workout Toola few days ago. I'm in my late 60s and have gotten a bit flabby. To rectify this I am now on a diet program along with daily walking, But this does not address the upper body. I am hoping it can help with this. It is a very easy product to use. Using this product gets the ol' ticker pumping, the sweat trickling, and an instant burst of energy.Premium Adjustable Chest Exerciser Resistance Workout Tool takes up no room and is always handy in my living room. Evey time I pass it I want to do a few reps just for the good feeling "rush". Its great for exercising while watching TV. That way I don't have to feel guilty for just sitting. Is this a product for Hulk Hogan? Maybe not. But for me it is just what I needed

   it's a really nice quality, I've been using/almost abusing it. and it makes your arms/shoulders burn and you can feel it in your chest with each decompression... if you have trouble with pushups this will def help develop that little bit of chest+arms to get you going. 3x12 reps. straight out, above the head, and at the hips, at the end of each third rep hold it as long as you can
