Features

The resistance band, unlike the conventional bench press equipment, it’s light, small, adjustable, safe, and easy to pack away for travel. You can select how much resistance by selecting one to three tubes.

Protection sleeves that wrap around the resistance bands are included. These sleeves have the effect of reducing the oxidation of the latex tube.
A resistance band has a total of 3 resistance bands and they are all removable. This allows you to select use 1, 2, or 3 bands based on your strength and progression.

Suitable for press-ups, push-ups, chest exercises, and arm workouts. Use it at home, at school, in the gym, or in the office.

I've been exercising in gyms and clubs over the past 50 years, and I've had the opportunity to use a variety of exercise equipment. I most recently worked with a personal trainer at the University of New Mexico, and he recommended that I consider resistance bands for use at home. These bands are excellent. They're made of high quality material, and they're easy to use. I can do many of the same exercises using these bands that I was doing using exercise equipment. The bands can be securely attached to a closed door at various levels to allow for performing a variety of exercises. The bands have several levels of resistance, and the can also be combined and used together. There is an ankle attachment that attaches very securely to perform leg exercises. I had to contact their customer support when I misplaced my exercise booklet, and they responded quickly to my request. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I had purchased, and like a similar product which was a single resistant piece unit… I found your product… Told my physical therapist about it post my right hip replacement my therapist completely encouraged me to use it and purchase.. I got these to use for the HEP (Home Exercise Program) for physical therapy. They are pretty sturdy. I like that there are two door attachments that come with the package. I use two different resistance band strength for my shoulder exercises. It's convenient that I don't have to switch out the band from the door attachment strap. I just leave the straps on the two bands I use the most. Makes switching working out a little easier and faster.

Bought these a couple of months ago. It takes a while to get used to them and to figure out which ones to use for which exercises. I figured this out and typed it all up so I can quickly go from one exercise to another. I did have to make an extension out of nylon rope so standing on the bands, I could extend my hands above my head. No big deal. It's great having two sets of handles and two door attachments so you can go from one exercise to another quicker. Quality seems to be very good. So far, very pleased.
