I have found adapting to a CPAP mask difficult and have been sensitive to the discomfort and restriction of wearing one. I have not found a perfect experience with any mask. I bought this large seal for the larger hole size to allow more air through, even though I am usually a medium. Going larger has proved to be an unexpectedly better fit and seems easier to breathe through. I have tried several other nasal pillows and other seal sizes but keep coming back to this one.
