   I didn’t look at photos carefully enough and ended up buying a sofa that had been pretty scratched up on the sides by the previous owners cat. I bought this hoping to remedy the mistake, and it really worked wonders. I first used cuticle scissors to cut off and hanging threads/fabric as close to the leather as possible, and then used the brush to paint over the surface. Love that they give white in this kit to blend, as my couch is not a saturated black. I was able to blend to the right color in the plastic tin they gave. Very satisfied!

   So i bought this on a whim was rushed, didnt do any research into the product, actually ordered the wrong thing but turned out to be exactly what i needed! Its crazy how things worked out, even the employee i chatted with online about the effectiveness it would have on these pair of leather vans, which needed touch ups very bad.....as you can see from the first pictures. So i decided to start on a very small area in a area which wouldnt even be noticeable in the event things didnt work out. Within moments after the first small application i knew this stuff would be able to bring these shoes back to life, gradually moving from section to section with ease and minimal usage. I found that the little brush provided in the package was a little less than adequate for at least my situation, so i used a stiffer paint brush that i had from home and worked unbelievably good. I started playing with different ways of applying the product and found that "cross-hatching" style first with the grain of the horizontal then vertical or vice versa worked best and then to get the excess amounts worked in as well as ensuring the application was evenly spread out, was to use "wax on-wax off" for you karate kid fans (circular motions) both either right/left as well as up/down. I only put one application to each area then let it dry over night, and might go over it again later this morning if needed which i will update, if that process is in fact needed to be done. these pics were take prior to using this and post use, as it wasnt dry yet either. But overall so far i am beyond satisfied with the purchase of this and would recommend this to anyone with leather shoes that need a little life put back into them. Plus there is so many added benefits and things which come extra to purchasing with these kind people. But as i did you'll just have to wait and see for yourself! hope this helped and informative as i it intended to be.    I had some minor surface erosion that was bothering me and getting progressively worse so for the money, I figured what the heck try it out so as you can see from the picture, it worked great it was easy to use. I would advise that you wear gloves and be very careful not to get it on anything else because it looks to be hard to remove. If there are any issues with it after a few months, I will provide an update

   I got this leather repair product to fix some areas of a faux leather jacket that were ripping. I used a paintbrush to apply the gel (which really had no smell). I first brushed under some of the larger areas of faux leather that were flaking off, to act as a glue. I then applied a thin layer over the entire 1 inch section of the jacket sleeve, and then used a hairdryer to dry the gel and was pleasantly surprised that the color and sheen was a perfect match. I applied a second coat and dried it the same way.I wore the jacket out to dinner that evening, and I am happy to report that the glue/gel held up and prevented further rips and tears!

   This stuff is great! Read and follow instructions carefully. The leather on my steering wheel had holes and torn spots and gunk and grime. I cleaned off all the old clearcoat stuff with a Mr. Clean pad soaked in alcohol. Then I started filling in the holes. Took my time and did like 4-5 coats. If you mess up you can clean up with rubbing alcohol. Next I did the center arm rest which was all cracked where my elbow rests. Attached is the after pic, sorry I don't have the before. But the car is 18 years old so you can figure it was bad. One note: the patched area will be shinier than the surrounding area. I just squirted a little on a LINT FREE rag and used it like a polish to put a very thin layer on the whole thing. It came out perfect! Be patient, take your time, you'll do great. Thus was my first time trying to restore leather.

   This product is by far the best vinyl repair kit I’ve ever tried. Usually the filler is runny and unusable but this went on thick although it took five coats to repair and fill my punctured motorcycle seat. In the end I’m very pleased.
