I have bulging and herniated discs that cause me arm pain, especially when I raise my arms above my head. As a side sleeper, even if I go to sleep with my arms down, as soon as I doze off, I push my arm under my pillow. I've purchased several different pillows to try to help combat the pain in my arms. This is the first one that's helped! I'm so tickled to finally have some relief! I sleep so much better.

But if you look at others in the late stage, they say they don't smell. I smell like oil when I get it. It's slick in your hands. It sucks well with neutral tax, so the smell is almost gone. Instead, when you touch the top of the pillow, you feel a bit of stickiness. But it doesn't look like it's in your hands. Stickiness doesn't seem to be a problem if you use it. The pillow is pretty soft. I had a pillow I got from the chiropractor and it worked good, but I think this one is better. There is a smell but either I’ve gotten use to it or the smell went away. This pillow does help with my shoulder pain. For that alone, 10 out of 10.

Having herniated disks I’m already in pain and tend to get spasms often in my neck. I’m giving this all the stars because I want to believe that this pillow has helped in reducing those spasms. It’s been almost a month that I have had this pillow and without neck pain. Coincidence? Not sure yet, but for now, I want to say it’s been a tremendous help in relief.

Personally if I lay on my right it is the perfect hight if I lay on my left I do find I need a thin pillow on top. As I roll a lot I just keep one next to me. Otherwise, this is extremely comfortable. It doesn't help all of my back issues however I no longer wake up with headaches.
